Observations

• The booking of the moor will be considered a firm offer as soon as the 30 of the "package" or mooring period to be used, is credited to the RCNV bank account; with a maximum period of 10 days from the date of the confirmation of the booking from the RCNV.
• A 5% discount of the mooring will be apply for those reservations paid in full prior to arriving date.

Instructions

• For total length (LOA), intermediate, next length rate will be applied.
• CATAMARANS: the total sleeve rate will be applied, according to availability.
• For long length boats, we will try to give electricity with a meter reading. When this is not possible, daily electricity rate will apply as shown in the last column (whether is used or not).
• For lengths of 25 meters or less, water and electricity rates will be applied per day, as shown in the relevant columns (whether is used or not).
• Rates B-5 and of general services of ports dependent of the State Administration will be charge as well:

  From the 1st of January to the 30th of April 2008: to a rate of 0, 10€ m2 (length by beam) and per daily mooring occupation plus 16% taxes

  From the 1st of May to 31st of December 2008: to a rate of 0, 0612€ m2 (length by beam) and per daily mooring occupation plus 16% taxes.

• Any accepted boat is subject to the terms and conditions of the R.C.N.V. Regulations and Port Police.
• It is compulsory to show a copy of the insurance policy R.C. and the original receipt of the current insurance payment.
• The rent of the mooring DO NOT give the right of use of the private facilities of the members, but a parking space is included FREE OF CHARGE for rents of more of FIFTEEN DAYS

• The electrical consumption, according to the meter reading, will be invoiced at a rate of 0,22 € kWh plus 16% taxes.

Important

• RCNV or their employees do not take any responsibility from the lost or damage of any boat, goods or any kind of objects within the docks or the RCNV property. Not even damages caused by theft, loss, etc, or of damages in case of bad weather, storms, lightning, hail, floods, fire as well as other risks considered fortuitous.

Atention

• Boats owned by Juridical Organisations, ‘nautical charters’ and the ones registered in the 6th List, are subject to a 16% taxes of the rates on mooring, rates B5 and general services of port of the State Administration as well as the corresponding rates to the used services.

• This rates ARE NOT VALID for mooring in the ‘Darsena de Levante’, sited in the extension of the RCNV
